Poonch House

Poonch House is a heritage bungalow 3km from Patnitop (J&K). Our home is 80 years old and is a tribute to a Kings love for his Queen. The King was the Raja of Poonch, and hence our home is known as Poonch House. Completed in 1936, it is built using stone carted from Lahore, and local deodar wood. It is a fine specimen of old architecture and the art of thoughtful construction. This has been our home, now lovingly restored to a homestay. We welcome visitors to come share our home with us.
